The Practice
Peter North & Partners have celebrated their 60th anniversary. They started initially as Quantity Surveyors in 1948 when Peter North started as a sole trader. Moving with the times, we can now offer Clients a complete construction service from feasibility through detail design and tender procurement to the supervision and ultimate agreement of accounts.

We have expanded our offices to cover the Thames Valley corridor providing the Industry with traditional Quantity Surveying services from our original base, Building Surveying Services, Employer's Agent advice in Design and Build along with the Specialist roles of CDM Coordinator (formerly Planning Supervisor) under the CDM Regulations and Party Wall Surveyors dealing with adjacent properties.
We have recently expanded our services to provide for regulations on Energy Conservation and Environmental Impact.
